Beer Sales Reps Have the Best Job in the World - Become a Beer Rep

Beer Sales Reps have the best job in the world. Working for 2 of the largest beer companies in the US ( Coors and Miller Brewing Company, I can honestly say that I could not have dreamed of a better job.

Working as a Beer Sales Rep provided me with so many benefits. I was the man when I walked into some of the hottest bars in New York and Hollywood.

Becoming a Beer Sales Rep also requires a certain skill and passion for the beer business. I don't know many guys that don't enjoy drinking beer and meeting hot girls everyday during working hours.

Benefits of a Beer Guy

Coors Brewing Company is more than an employer, they are a family. Coors was focused on selling great beers to their consumers, but their top priority was on having the best employees and treating them great.

Coors would provide us with the best sales tools to help us sell more of it's great beer to it's distributors and retailers. We would receive brand new laptops, smart phones and top of the line digital cameras. Not only do you get the best sales tools, you get the coolest promotional clothing and gadgets known to man. I would get football neons, Coors light bbq grills and some of the sweetiest clothes.

When you work for a company that allows you to be yourself and have a great time, you have no choice but to be loyal. You wake up every morning wanting to go to work. You get to meet interesting people everyday..you are working at in some of the best environments. Not to mention, you work from your home.

You get to go to special parties, concerts, football games, various sporting events and drink free beer. I am not joking. I first could not think it was possible to drink beer while you are working and get paid to do it.

Hiring Beer Girls

If you are a guy that loves being around attractive girls, then you need to work for a beer company. I was responsible for hiring attractive beer girls for Miller and Coors light. I needed girls to escort me to special events and promote Coors light and other beer. I would have hundreds of girls approach me in the bar and ask if they could work for me.

I love selling beer...

I was well known around town because I was at the hottest clubs, sporting events and VIP parties promoting beer. Guys would love to be around me because I knew a lot of hot girls and cool parties to go to.

Beer Company Trips and Benefits

When working for a cool beer company, you get to travel to some really cool places for business. We had a lot of corporate meetings and functions in some of the best places in the US. When I talk about corporate meetings, I mean fun meetings to places like Las Vegas, San Diego, Orlando (Disney World). We had the best time because we are always drinking with link minded peers that love to have fun.

I love the beer industry so much that I thought I would share just a fraction of how much fun it is to work for a beer company. There are so many other reasons to work for a beer company that I can not list them all here.

If you are interested in working for a beer company and having the best time of your life, then i suggest you learn more about becoming a Beer Sales Rep.

Beer Jobs - How to Become a Coors Light Sales Rep

Beer Jobs are some of the best jobs you can ever have. When someone ask you what you do for a living, are you excited to tell them. I know I was!

Working for Coors Brewing Company was one of the best jobs I could have ever dreamed of having. Selling a great beer and going to parties that most people could never get into was unbelievable. There were so many times that I could not believe I was getting paid to do what I was doing. I would go to concerts and get backstage passes and could you believe that I even got paid to be there.

Becoming a Beer Sales Representative

Becoming a Coors Light Rep or any major brewery rep is not the easiest job to obtain. It is actually very difficult. There are less than 300 Beer Sales Representatives that work for Coors Brewing Company. Most beer jobs are the same. Breweries do not hire a lot of people to sell their beers because they use beer distributors to sell their beer to retailers. Retailers then sell the beer to consumers.

Brewery Beer Reps market and develop the brand with beer distributors and major retailers. As a brewery beer rep, your main job is getting a distributor to focus on your beer.

You will ride with distributor beer reps and show them how to properly sale and market your beer. You will also go to local bars and retail accounts and build relationships with the entire staff.

Beer Job Skills For Sales Reps

1. You must be able to sell. Your are selling your beer based on consultative skills and ability to build relationships. Selling beer is a relationship business because you are selling to the same retailers day in and day out. If they like you and trust you, then they will buy from you.

2. You have to have a passion for the business and the products you are selling. You do not need to be a huge beer drinker, but you do need to be able to communicate the great qualities of your beer. Don't just sell beer because of the benefits and pay check.

3. You must be competitive and love to win. As a beer rep, you are constantly fighting for shelf and market space. You are fighting for tap handles in local bars. You are fighting to keep your brands signage up in your accounts. You are constantly fighting to make sure your beer is the first choice beer consumers make when the decide to purchase a beer.
